$11-$45. The wholesale look book and line sheet will be emailed to you.
If you are in Australia or New Zealand, it will be AUD.
If you are international it will be USD.
We accept the methods on our website except for Afterpay.
Payment is required prior to shipment. Requests for payment terms are subject to approval.
Minimum order: $250
Orders are only accepted with complete information.
Missing information will delay order processing and shipping. All orders are considered “pending” until payment has been completed. Please take transit time into consideration.
Orders may be cancelled 1 day from the date placed. Cancellations after this period will not be accepted.
We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or not true to design then we will then help you with an exchange or refund.
The use of our high-resolution images for your marketing will be provided once the order has been received and payment is made. These will be sent via Dropbox to your email. You are also welcome to use any current Mindful & Co Kids published images, product descriptions and recommended retail prices. Please note that these images are still solely owned by Mindful & Co and both companies are to agree on usage. We are also in agreement of you using your own creative images.
Where Mindful & Co products are advertised on social platforms the following #tags and @accounts must be used in all instances. @mindfulandcokids #mindfulandcokids
If you require our logo for your marketing, please email us and it can be sent to you.
We require you to keep in mind the value and reputation of our brand.
Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according the laws of Queensland, Australia.
